Mxr - Bass Effects : Bass Pedal

Mxr pedal foam Did you find this review helpful? I was using an old suitcase before, kind of business man briefcase. The exterior of the boss is super tough plastic fasteners BUT seem fragile at the same time I did not long, however it does not feel the strength... I strap the thing to tear it off anyway just in case, but I'm a little manic... I think it would be good to change the diet, it does not generate spurious BUT it only gives the 9V 1A only and therefore not enough for my pedals. The protective foam are very useful, even with pedals that are not the BOSS brand, once fit snugly, it does not move.

He hadn't used them in a while and when we pulled them out to record the foam had deteriorated and gotten all over the inside of the mic. I have also had the foam on some old pair of headphones deteriorate. It makes me worry because I have my sennheiser 421 in a similar case, with foam insert, and my shure super 55 microphone has foam inside the grill. Does anyone know what causes the foam to deteriorate, how long it takes to happen, and what are my options for preventing it or replacing it in the microphone?
